Before filming, I focused on photography, and still sell prints on request.
Today, clients appreciate my use of 8K RAW cinema cameras, where I can export 33 Megapixel stills from video. This ensures unrepeatable moments aren’t missed, and almost halves production time and costs.
About Will
Growing up on Dirk Hartog Island in my parents tourism business, with a grand total of five locals (my family), I spent more time with wildlife than mates my own age. This, plus endless David Attenborough documentaries, led to me developing a passion for conservation. I then picked up a camera at 8 years old and was instantly addicted.
15 years later, I’ve put all these pieces together: using my camera skills to tell impactful stories, experience new things, collaborate with interesting people, and make the most of where I live.

Living in a tourism business and being mentored by the best production teams in the world, I’ve had an amazing opportunity to help others who want to create similar work.
For all-rounders who want the most value, I host photo/video tours at home on Dirk Hartog Island. It consists of 6-8 guests hosted at the Eco Lodge for five nights, with custom itineraries built around your interests.
For people focusing on underwater shooting, I collaborate with Southern Cross Maldives, offering 7 night live-aboard charters, three dives a day for larger groups of 18-22 guests.
